CALL TO ORDER- Mayor Vaca called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm.
ROLL CALL - Council Members Markss, Ponciano, Conrado, Codorniz and Mayor Vaca were present.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - None.
COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
1. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase a Boom Truck from Bar None Auction.
ACTION: Motion by Council Member Conrado seconded by Council Member Ponciano to adopt Resolution 24-76 authorizing the City Manager to purchase a Boom truck from Bar None Auction in Sacramento. Motion passed 5-0 by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Markss, Ponciano, Conrado, Codorniz and Vaca.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
