SUBJECT: Committee and Commission Appointments

RECOMMENDATION:
Make an appointment to Measure AA Committee and any other appointments as necessary.
ANALYSIS:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 19-139, each Councilmember makes one appointment to the various Commissions and Committees of the City, serving at the pleasure of, and subject to removal by, the appointing Councilmember, with the terms of office of each appointee being for a period not to exceed two years, expiring at the next General Municipal Election. The term of office shall continue until the appointment and qualification of successor appointees. The entire Council makes appointments of any six or more members upon a majority vote.
It is recommended that appointments be made to the following:
Measure AA Committee Mayor Mendoza
FISCAL IMPACT:
This activity can be carried out without an additional impact on the current operating budget.
