Mayor Rebollo called meeting to order at 5:17 p.m.
ROLL CALL
PUBLIC COMMENT
Liliana Magana, MUSD Board Member, thanked outgoing Councilmembers Mendoza and Soria and congratulated newly elected Councilmembers Lainez and Garcia.
SCHEDULED MATTERS
1. Recognition of Outgoing Councilmembers
Due to non-attendance of outgoing Councilmember Soria and Mendoza this item was not discussed.
2. Oath of Office for Newly Elected Councilmembers and Assumption of Office
Roman Lainez performed the swearing-in ceremony for Councilmember-elect Lainez.
Susie Altamirano performed the swearing-in ceremony for Councilmember Elect Altamirano.
Director of Administrative Services and City Clerk Shumway performed the swearing-in ceremony for Councilmember-elect Garcia.

All three Councilmembers assumed the office and were seated.
3. Councilmember Comments/Reports
Councilmembers Lainez, Garcia, and Altamirano thanked their supporters, volunteers, election teams, and community and family members for all their support and the fantastic job during the election campaigning.
Vice Mayor Argumedo and Mayor Rebollo congratulated all Councilmember-elect for excellent campaigning and said they look forward to working with all of them as a team.
