The City Council recessed to Closed session at 5:03 p.m.
1. THREAT TO PUBLIC SERVICES OR FACILITIES, PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957
Consultation with: City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Attorney, and other related City officials.
2. Pursuant to Government Code §54956.8, the City Council will confer with its real property negotiator, Edgar Cisneros, with respect to real estate negotiations for properties located at 5476 Jillson St. (APN 6335-019-023), 5530 Jillson St. (APN 6335-019-042), 2500 S.

Item #1 & #2 - staff provided a presentation , City Council provided feedback, and no reportable action was taken on any of these items.
Item #3 -was not discussed.

Meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m. in memory of Hector Viva Avila, father -in-law of Councilmember Altamirano and John Alvarez, former Parks and Recreation commissioner.
