Draft Policy
Staff presented information for an end of driveway street parking permit policy on May 5, 2020 to City Council.
The draft Policy applies to only single family properties for a specific address and transferable among all registered vehicles at that same address, encroachment in front of own property, requires an application, annual permit fee, and inspection to determine it qualifies.
Council discussed the effort required to process a new permit system annually for potentially all single family homes and to enforce the policy.
Council decided not to pursue a new permit system at that time. 6
