Mayor Rebollo called Special Meeting to order at 6:10 concurrently with the regular City Council meeting.

There were no individuals wishing to address the City Council on Special Meeting agenda item.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice Mayor Argumedo moved, seconded by Councilmember Garcia, to approve the Consent item #1. The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Mayor Rebollo, Mayor Pro Tem Argumedo, Councilmember Altamirano, Councilmember Garcia, and Councilmember Lainez

1. Rescheduling of November 8, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting The City Council will consider rescheduling Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Concurrent Regular City Council and Successor Agency meetings to Monday, November 7, 2022 due to the conflict with the Election Night.
