This Amendment No. 2 (“Amendment”) to the Agreement for the Professional Services Agreement by and between the City of Commerce (“City”) and Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. (“Consultant”) shall be effective the date the Amendment is executed.
WHEREAS, The City and Consultant executed the Professional Services Agreement on January 5, 2016; and
WHEREAS, The City and Consultant executed Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with an effective date until February 1, 2023; and WHEREAS, City and Consultant desire to extend the term of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section 1.1 Term of Services shall be amended as follows:
The Term of the Agreement shall be extended and remain and continue in effect until February 1, 2024.
The Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice in accordance with Section 7 of the Agreement.

WHEREAS, The City and Consultant executed the Professional Services Agreement on May 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, The City and Consultant executed Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with an effective date until February 1, 2023; and WHEREAS, City and Consultant desire to extend the term of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section 1.1 Term of Services shall be amended as follows:
The Term of the Agreement shall be extended and remain and continue in effect until February 1, 2024.
The Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.
