SMALL WIRELESS FACILITY FEE SCHEDULE
City shall have the right to modify the fees listed below at any time, in accordance with any studies conducted to determine the actual costs or market rates associated with such, however any such modifications shall not exceed any limits imposed by Federal or State law. The Application Fee is based on the estimated costs to process, approve, and verify compliance with the permit. In the event that the FCC Declaratory Ruling and Third Report and Order FCC18-133 Adopted 9/26/2018 or other regulation no longer preempts any local rules or ordinances regarding annual fees, the Annual License Fee shall automatically revert to the Estimated Market Rate License Fee.
