Scope of work: remove existing glue down commercial carpet ( over concrete ) and four inch cove base, install new carpet tile glue down method, install new vinyl black four-inch black cove base in all areas where we removed, carpet tile selection = Dynamo # 1, Please note: floor repair is extra. We will move furniture : please not we do not move any electronics like monitors, telephones, CPU’s, copiers, ect.... We also ask you please move small items like pictures, office supplies, lamps, ect...

Recover Refrigerant from existing unit. Disconnect and lockout electrical connections. Crane lift unit offsite for disposal. Crane new unit in place and fasten to the curb. Make up electrical connections and mount new disconnect. Pipe in the condensate drain line to new location. Perform startup procedure and check running pressures and temperatures.
