On January 11, 2023, staff requested proposals for the Design Services for the Pathways for Hope Commerce Connectivity Improvement Project with a due date of February 2, 2023, and received responses from two consultants IDS Group and RJM Design Group, Inc.

The proposals were evaluated based on an established criteria including compliance with RFP requirements, proposal quality, project understanding, approach, methodology and responsiveness, flexibility, and experience of assigned staff including prior experience of working relationship of key team members in past similar projects.
