Comments: *The Contract is for one-year term with the option for four (4) one-year extensions. The Contract shall continue through 2/28/25 provided that all option amendments are executed accordingly. This services under this Contract is extended to other County Departments and CDBG Participating Cities, County Departments, and Community Based Organizations. The fees under this Contract shall not be negotiated higher than stated in Exhibit B – Fee Schedule unless reviewed and prior written approval is granted by the Procurement Unit, unless the said fees are lower that the fees stated in Exhibit B – Fee Schedule.
