Dear CCP
I am writing to formally relinquish my cannabis license for [Green Leaf 26 Corp #18-006 , located at 6400 Fleet Ave , Commerce,Ca,90040. Due to personal reasons, I have decided not to pursue this endeavor and no longer require the license.
I understand that there may be certain procedures to follow in order to cancel the license, and I am willing to comply with any requirements that the city may have in this regard. Please let me know if there are any outstanding fees or paperwork that I need to address in order to complete the process of relinquishing the license.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the city for the support it has provided during its process and greatly appreciated the assistance and guidance that has been offered.
If there are any further steps that I need to take in order to ensure a smooth and seamless termination of said license, please do not hesitate to let me know.

This email is sent as a courtesy reminder that the attached invoice for $21,000 which is 50% of the 2022 annual Community Benefit fees have not been paid by NotStanLA . As you know, the Conditions of Approval that you agreed to on behalf of NotStanLA, establish that failure to make timely payments are ground for revocation of an approved development agreement. Specifically, Condition of Approval No. 45 provides the following:
“Operator(s) must pay all required DA fees in accordance with DA terms. Failure to pay fees, as assessed by the City Administrator, will constitute a breach of the DA and may result in suspension or immediate revocation of the DA."
In order to comply with your contractual obligations and avoid the revocation of your development agreement, we ask that you submit your Community Benefit fee payment to the City’s Finance Department by Thursday, March 23, 2023. Payments can be made to the Finance Department with credit card over the phone OR via check.
