Please be advised that Mr. Rob Katherman has represented to the City that the contemplated transfer of ownership of DJCC from Mr. David Ju to you was not completed. Mr. Katherman represented that the ownership issue would not be contested by you. Mr. Katherman represented that David Ju, Joyce Cho, and Ed Novshad are the owners of DJCC.
Can you please confirm whether Mr. Katherman’s representations are accurate? Thank you,
