Inacriticalmoment,OfficerMarquezobservedtheurgentresponseoftheCommerceSergeant andwithouthesitation,heswiftlyjoinedintheeffort.Together,theyrushedtoadistressedcrowd wheretheyfoundanelderlywomanwhohadlostconsciousnessandappearedlifelessonthescene.
Uponarrival,CesarMarquezinitiatedCPR,successfullyrestoringthevictim'sbreathingandcirculation.
ThroughOfficerMarquez’sdeterminedefforts,hisquickthinkingandtrainedmedicalexpertise, thevictimmadearemarkablerecoveryafterbeingtransportedtoalocalhospitalandisnow convalescingsafelyathome.
Inrecognitionofhisextraordinaryservice,CommunityServiceOfficerCesarMarquezispresented withthisCertificateofHeroicActions.Hisactionshavedemonstratedhiscommitmenttohelpto serveourpublicbyofferinganunwaveringprotectionforallcitizensintheCityofCommerce.
