The drive way is Not for this house 7158 watcher st but belongs to the house in the rear 1160 Watcher st. The garage is NOT for this house 7158 Watcher St but belongs to the house in the rear 7160 Watcher St.
I hereby request an appeal to the City Council for reconsideration and to overturn the denial of my application, thereby granting me the disabled blue curb parking space for the location above.

RE: Disabled Blue Curb Parking Space Request - DENIED
Dear Resident / Property Owner:
Your application for a disabled blue curb parking space request was reviewed by the Traffic Commission on July 12, 2023 and has been denied due to one or more of the following reasons:
Applicant's driveway has ample length (20 feet or more) or width (14 feet or more) and can be used for access by the physically challenged.
- Applicant's driveway can be widened to accommodate access by the physically challenged.
Applicant has a garage of sufficient size to accommodate physically challenged person's vehicle.
- Applicant's request for a disabled blue curb parking space is for temporary use and not for long term nature.
Applicant's request for a disabled blue curb parking space cannot be installed due to space limitations or geometric restrictions in front of or near your property.
Applicant's request for a disabled blue curb parking space is not in close proximity to a curb ramp. (Curb ramps are those ramps located at most street corners).
An existing or more than one existing disabled blue curb parking space is in the vicinity of the applicant's request (within 180-feet of property). Space considerations must be considered and cannot allow for multiple disabled blue curb parking spaces.
Applicant has a past history or record of abusing or misusing disabled blue curb parking privileges.
