City Council recessed to closed session at 6:02 p.m.
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, the City Council will consider personnel matters related to public employee discipline/ dismissal/release - One (1) case.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
City Council reconvened to Open Session at 6:55 p.m.
ORAL CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Tapia reported on Closed Session item #1 - City Council met in a Closed Session and unanimously accepted the resignation of City Manager Edgar Cisneros effective December 6, 2023. The Council expressed gratitude for Cisneros' service and wished him success in his future endeavors. 6:00 P.M. - CITY COUNCIL MEETING
