Last Wednesday we received a call from your attorney confirming that 4Front Ventures located at 6100 Bandini Road, is no longer operational and would like to seek assistance in releasing themselves from their contractual obligations found in the development agreement No. 784.
We wanted to thank the attorney for the update, however, we would require a confirmation that 4front Ventures is no longer seeking to obtain an active development agreement in the City from the owner on file, Doug Helfman.
This confirmation would also serve for your development agreement to no longer accrue fees.

Thanks for your time on the phone last week, and please pardon my delay in following up. I was waiting for us to be entirely out of the building, which happened yesterday.
As Doug said, this will confirm that 4Front California Capital Holdings, Inc. fka Cannex Capital Holdings, Inc. has ceased operations at 6100 Bandini and would like to terminate its Development Agreement with the City.
We appreciate the opportunity to do business in Commerce and the support you all have provided.
