CERTIFICATION BY ENGINEER
I, Allen Cayir, the City Engineer at Commerce, do hereby certify that the 2016 Citywide Engineering and Traffic Survey for the City of Commerce is in compliance with CVC (California Vehicle Code), Section 40802, Paragraph (c), Sub-paragraphs (1) and (2)/(B)/(i)/(II), I have evaluated the street segments listed in the City’s 2016 Citywide Engineering and Traffic Survey, and determined that no significant changes in roadway or traffic conditions have occurred on the street segments indicated on the attached list, including, but not limited to, changes in adjoining property or land use, roadway width, or traffic volume, and therefore, where noted on the attached list, posted speed limits shall be valid for 14 years from the adopted date of the survey effective between March 28, 2017 through March 28, 2031. 12-31-202512-31-2025
