SUBJECT: Organizational Assignments for Councilmembers Meeting Date: July 9, 2024
RECOMMENDATION:
Make the appropriate delegate and alternate appointment to Gateway Cities Council of Governments and other outside boards and agencies if deemed necessary.
BACKGROUND:
Currently, Councilmember Oralia Rebollo serves as the delegate for the Gateway Cities Council of Governments, and Councilmember Lainez is the alternate. There has been a request to switch their appointments, making Councilmember Lainez the delegate and Councilmember Rebollo the alternate. The Gateway COG requires a Council action to approve this change.
If the Council wishes to make any other changes, a list of the current Council delegates and alternate appointments for the 2024-2025 year is attached for reference.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This activity may be carried out without additional impact on the current operating budget.
