RECOMMENDATION:
Select the Mayor and the Vice Mayor for the period of December 2024 to December 2025.
ANALYSIS:
It is customary for the City Council to select the Mayor and the Vice Mayor each year. At this meeting, the City Council will recognize the outgoing Mayor and Vice Mayor, and will proceed with the selection of a new Mayor and Vice Mayor with the effective date for the actual seating of the newly selected Mayor and Vice Mayor being December 10, 2024.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This activity can be carried out without additional impact on the current operating budget.
