RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE, AWARDING A SERVICE AGREEMENT TO IBE DIGITAL FOR IT REMEDIATION SERVICES WHEREAS, in January 2025, the City contracted with IBE Digital to provide IT Remediation and Managed Services for a not-to-exceed amount of $970,900.79 in one-time fees.
WHEREAS, after the assessment process, staff recommends the service contract to provide IT Remediation Services for the City of Commerce be awarded to IBE Digital.
WHEREAS, at this time the City will require a period of no longer than 1 year from IBE Digital to complete the City’s IT Remediation Services.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE HEREBY RESOLVES, DECLARES, AND DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Commerce hereby finds and declares that the foregoing recitals are true and correct, and incorporates them herein as findings and as a substantive part of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. That the professional services agreement with IBE Digital for IT Remediation Services is hereby approved. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the City of Commerce to execute the service contract. The Mayor is also authorized to execute this Resolution for and on behalf of the City of Commerce.
SECTION 3. Authorize staff to incorporate the amount of $970,900.79 to cover one-time fees for Remediation Services as part the current fiscal year budget.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take full force and effect immediately upon adoption by the City Council.
