EASTSIDE TRANSIT CORRIDOR PHASE 2 PROJECT ("ESP2 Project") - COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT In respect to the ESP2 Project, please find enclosed three execution versions of the Cooperative Agreement between (1) the City of Commerce (the "City") and (2) the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("LACMTA") (the "Agreement"). We would be grateful if you could please arrange for the enclosed copies of the Agreement to be approved and signed by an authorized signatory of the City, but not dated.
Please review the City contact information set out in Section 10.4 (Notices) of the Agreement and update accordingly and then return the signed copies to:

LACMTA will then submit the Agreement to the LACMTA Board for approval. Once the Agreement has been approved, LACMTA will date the three copies and return a fully executed and dated copy to the City for its records.
