Letner Roofing has received a copy of Bid Proposal for Southland Roofing and 4 Seasons Roofing. If the City of Commerce finds Southland Roofing or 4 Seasons Roofing to be the lowest responsive bidder then Letner Roofing will submit a protest on the below factual reasons. • Southland Roofing failed to submit the required correct bid form provided within addenda #1, therefore this makes Southland Roofing not eligible for award. • 4 Seasons Roofing failed to notarize all required documents, therefore this makes 4 Seasons Roofing not eligible for award.
Please let us know if The City of Commerce intends to award this contract to Letner Roofing as it should due to the fact that Letner Roofing is the lowest responsible bidder.
