COMMERCE CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. _______
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Commerce adopted the Fiscal Year 2024–25 Budget on June 25, 2024; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the budget, City staff has identified a need for additional appropriations to correct budgeted amounts and to support operations and one-time project expenditures not originally included in the adopted budget; and WHEREAS, sufficient fund balances and/or revenues are available in the respective funds to support the proposed additional appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2024–25 Budget to include these changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Fiscal Year 2024–25 Adopted Budget is hereby amended to include the following additional appropriations:

Fund Wash-Tel Project $1,802,000
2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to implement the necessary budget adjustments and take all actions needed to carry out the intent of this resolution.
3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
