The Southern California Association of Governments concurs with the programming amounts stated in the City of Commerce's FAIN# 1650-2025-1. The grant application is for a total of $2,512,770 in FTA Section 5307 formula funds.
Please note that the projects are utilizing Transportation Development Credits (TDC) as a local match and are reflected in Caltrans' TDC tracking sheet as submitted by SCAG.

These projects are programmed in the 2025 FTIP which received federal approval on December 16, 2024. The 2025 FTIP underwent a public comment period and no comments were received regarding the projects. FTIP project #LA9919377 was updated and approved in Amendment #25-01. Project #LA9919362 is included in Administrative Modification #25-05 and is exepected to receive final approval by mid-April. SCAG does not foresee an issue and requests your review and approval of this grant.
