PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Adrian Comstack spoke regarding the Closed Session Item No. 1 and provided related materials which were distributed to the Council.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 5:18 p.m.
1. Pursuant to Government Code §54956.8, the City Council will confer with its real property negotiator, Ernie Hernandez, with respect to real estate negotiations regarding 6364 Zindell Street, Commerce, CA (APN: 6357-015-900 and 6357-019-304).
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to open session at 6:30 p.m.
ORAL CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Community Development Director Jessica Serrano reported on Closed Session Item No. 1. The Staff and Legal team advised the entire City Council, the City Council provided input, and no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
