RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council will select the Mayor and the Mayor Pro Tem for the period of December 2025 to December 2026.
ANALYSIS:
It is customary for the City Council to select the Mayor and the Mayor Pro Tem each year. At this meeting, the City Council will recognize the outgoing Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem, then proceed with the selection of a new Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem with the effective date for the actual seating being December 9, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This activity can be carried out without additional impact on the current operating budget.
