TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON CHARGE READY EASEMENT OVER
CITY OF COMMERCE PROPERTY
BRISTOW PARK

This letter serves as notice that the County of Los Angeles (County) is participating in the Charge Ready Charging Infrastructure and Rebate Participation Program (Charge Ready Program) with Southern California Edison (Edison) to deliver and provide electric vehicle charging stations to local communities at County-owned facilities.
Edison and the County are in the process of installing charge ready stations at the County-owned property located at 1500 S. McDonnell Avenue, in the City of Commerce (City), more commonly known as the County Probation Department Dorothy Kirby Center (Center).
In order to power the charging stations located at the Center, Edison will need to Bristow Park property to feed a County electrical pole that connects to the electrical vehicle charging stations electrical panel. The County hereby consents to the easement being granted from the City to Edison and confirms that the County will install, own, and maintain the charging stations at the Center. If for any reason the easement is required to be relocated, the County will pay all costs of relocation. "To Enrich Lives Through Effective And Caring Service"
