Mount the new stands to the existing deck anchors and install the handrails. Install and align the diving boards. Note: Any existing deck anchors deemed unusable due to damage must be replaced. REPAIR DESCRIPTION: Replace 1M and 3M diving stands and boards SCOPE OF WORK:
• Remove existing stands and supply and install new Durafirm 1M and 3M diving stands. • Remove, supply, and install two (2) 16 ft Maxi B springboards. • Inspect and verify all mounting hardware and anchoring to ensure proper installation and safety compliance.
• Perform a final inspection to confirm all equipment is secure and fully operational.
Total Cost: $109,000 over
Warranty: Equipment/Parts covered under specific manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship is warranted for 90 days by California Waters
General Notes and Exclusions:
Unless otherwise specified, fees for permits, inspections, or regulatory compliance are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

The client acknowledges that diving and pool activities carry inherent risks. California Waters shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of diving stands or springboards after installation. Final responsibility for safe use and ongoing maintenance rests with the client.
