The Concord City Council met in a regular meeting in the Council Chamber, located at 1950 Parkside Drive and via various telephonic/electronic locations at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, with Mayor Aliano presiding. The pledge of allegiance was led by Vice Mayor Hoffmeister. Minutes follow in abbreviated form per Resolution 3361 and Council Minutes of September 26, 1966.

AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT – APB Engineering, Inc. for Emergency Sewer Mainline Repair at 4000 Browning Drive
A motion was made by Birsan and seconded by Hoffmeister to award a Construction Contract not to exceed $150,000 to APB Engineering, Inc. for the Emergency Sewer Mainline Repair at 4000 Browning Drive and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney (Sewer Fund Enterprise). The motion passed by unanimous vote of the Council.

All Councilmembers were present.
