The Concord City Council met in a special meeting in the City Council Conference Room, 1950 Parkside Drive, Wing A, Concord, California, at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, with Mayor Aliano presiding, Vice Mayor Hoffmeister and Councilmembers Birsan and McGallian in attendance.
Councilmember Obringer arrived at 4:07 p.m. Minutes follow in abbreviated form per Resolution 3361 and Council Minutes of September 26, 1966.
Mayor Aliano opened a public comment period, and upon receiving no public comment, closed the public comment period.
The meeting was recessed and immediately reconvened in a closed session on CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957.6 Agency designated representatives: Valerie Barone, City Manager; Jasmin Loi, Director of Human Resources; Karan Reid, Director of Finance; Lisa Charbonneau, Esq., Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, Employee organizations: Peace Officer Representation Unit of Concord Police Officers Association; and Police Managerial Representation Unit of Police Managers’ Association.
