KEY STRATEGIES FOR HIGH FUNCTIONING CITY COUNCILS
Kevin Duggan facilitated the workshop, providing the opportunity for Councilmembers to review and discuss best practices for working effectively with each other, the City Manager, and staff, in support of the Council’s ongoing goal of serving the public as an effective leadership team.
