The Concord City Council met in a special meeting in the City Council Conference Room, located at 1950 Parkside Drive, Wing A, Concord, California at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, with Mayor Hoffmeister presiding, Vice Mayor Birsan and Councilmembers Aliano and Nakamura present.
Councilmember Obringer arrived at 6:06 p.m. Minutes follow in abbreviated form per Resolution 3361 and Council Minutes of September 26, 1966.
Mayor Hoffmeister opened a public comment period, and upon receiving no public comment, closed the public comment period.
The meeting was recessed and immediately reconvened in a closed session on CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: Town Center II, an approximately 3.10 acre, former Redevelopment Agency (RDA) property at 1765 Galindo Street (APN 126-143-012)
