Subject: General public comment
Dear City Council & Staff,
At one of our previous City Council meetings, a majority of Councilmembers expressed openness to exploring whether or not to switch to special elections to break an election tie. I just wanted to say that I hope this matter will be brought before the Council in time for the November election; and ultimately, I hope that we will switch to special elections instead of drawing lots.
Thanks,
-D'Marco J. Anthony
