The Concord City Council met in a special meeting in the City Council Conference Room, located at 1950 Parkside Drive, Wing A, Concord, California at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, with Mayor Birsan presiding and all Councilmembers present. (Vice Mayor Obringer arrived at 6:03 p.m.).
Minutes follow in abbreviated form per Resolution 3361 and Council Minutes of September 26, 1966.
Mayor Birsan opened a public comment period, and upon receiving no public comment on the agenda item, Mayor Birsan closed the public comment period.
The meeting was recessed and immediately reconvened in a closed session on PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) Title: Community Development Director.
