The Concord City Council met in a special meeting in the City Council Conference Room, located at 1950 Parkside Drive, Wing A, Concord, California at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, with Mayor Birsan presiding and all Councilmembers present. (Councilmember Nakamura arrived at 6:10 p.m.). Minutes follow in abbreviated form per Resolution 3361 and Council Minutes of September 26, 1966.
Mayor Birsan opened a public comment period, and upon receiving no public comment, closed the public comment period.
The meeting was recessed and immediately reconvened in a closed session on CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: One potential case.
