Members of the audience may address the Council or submit written comments on non-agenda items; however, in accordance with government code section 54954.2, the Council may not (except in very specific instances) take action on an item not appearing on the posted agenda.
This is the time for members of the public to comment or provide written comments on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Corcoran City Council. This is also the public's regular sify da tum. he Counci meibers ask bat you keep your rommens brief and positive. Creative criticism, presented with appropriate courtesy, is welcome.
After receiving recognition from the chair, speakers shall state their name and address and proceed with comments. Each speaker will be limited to five (5) minutes.

If anyone desires a discussion of any item on the consent calendar, the item can be removed at the request of any member of the City Council and made a part of the regular 2-A.
