1. PUBLIC DISCUSSION (Verbal and Written)
Members of the audience may address the Council or submit written comments on non-agenda items; however, in accordance with government code section 54954.2, the Council may not (except in very specific instances) take action on an item not appearing on the posted agenda.
This is the time for members of the public to comment or provide written comments on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Corcoran City Council. This is also the public's opportunity to request that a Consent Calendar item be removed from that section and made a regular agenda item. The council members ask that you keep your comments brief and positive. Creative criticism, presented with appropriate courtesy, is welcome.
After receiving recognition from the chair, speakers shall state their name and address and proceed with comments. Each speaker will be limited to five (5) minutes.

All items listed under the consent calendar are routine and will be enacted by one motion.
If anyone desires a discussion of any item on the consent calendar, the item can be removed at the request of any member of the City Council and made a part of the regular 2-A. Approval of Proclamations 2026-04 Honoring Bruce Flaherty, 2026-05 Honoring Trini Renteria and 2026-06 Honoring Domingo Aguirre.

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the 2024-2032 Housing Element Approval of the City Council of the City of Corcoran is hereby called to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, commencing at 5:30 P.M. at the City Council Chambers, 1015 Chittenden Ave.
Said special 2024-2032 Housing Element Approval shall be for the purpose of reviewing and approving the 2024-2032 Housing Element.
