Applicant is requesting a one-year extension of time for Tentative Tract Map (TTM) 35851 located on the Northside of Corona Avenue, West of Interstate
15. We took the ownership of this project on September 10, 2020, including Tentative Tract Map 35851 with expiration date on February 16, 2022, with additional one year extension as allowed under the Subdivision Map Act.
This map was originally approved on February 16, 2011.
Since we inquired the property, we have been working with all our engineering consultants to file and submit all requested documents and plans, including but not limited to Environmental, Civil, Architectural, and final map submissions. Currently all these plans are in progress at the city and other agencies.
Due to the big delay caused by Covid-19, we are not sure if our final map is going to be approved by the city and recorded by February 16, 2022. We have been experiencing along delay which might make our current expiration date unattainable to get the final map recorded on time.
Therefore, I am requesting a one (1) year extension of time to our (TTN) 35851 which was approved by previous extension dated, 03/04/2020, as allowed under the Subdivision Map Act.
