The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Vice Mayor Daddario.
CONVENE OPEN SESSION
Mayor Speake called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
Ahsan Baseer, resident, addressed the Council to announce Ramadan on April 1, 2022 and the Ramadan Interfaith Iftar Dinner on April 10, 2022.
Chris Bainum, resident, addressed the Council with his general concerns.
AGENDA ITEMS
1. City Council consideration of the redrawing of Council Member District Boundaries.
Justin Tucker, Assistant to the City Manager, provided a report.
The Council provided comments and selected Map Option 5.
Virginia Coriddi, resident, addressed the Council in support of the proposed item.
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Speake, seconded by Council Member Richins, that this Ordinance be introduced. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Casillas, Speake, Daddario, Steiner and Richins
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Speake adjourned the meeting at 4:18 p.m.
