Mayor Speake called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.

The following item was taken out of order.
2. Abode Communities Permanent Supportive Housing Project Update.
Karen Roper, Administrative Services Manager, introduced the item. Brendan O'Donnell, Abode Communities Senior Project Manager, and Stephanie Park, Abode Communities Associate Project Manager, provided a presentation highlighting the following: Abode Communities introduction, Vista Dorada, Building Photos, Unit Photos, Project Location, Permanent Supportive Housing, Key Partnerships, Project Sources and Uses, Property Management, Supportive services, Community Engagement Efforts, Project Frequently Asked Questions, and Project Timeline.
The following residents addressed the Council in support of the proposed item: Chris Bainam, Karen Alexander, Barry Cottle, Matt Bates, Angela Hair, Melanie Blakeborough, Joe Morgan, Virginia Coriddi, Creiselda Terpoorten, and Ron Fierro.

Mike Scott, resident, addressed the Council with several inquires regarding the proposed project.
Nelson Depinho, resident, addressed the Council to express concerns with the proposed project.
There was one written comment received from the public and read by Sylvia Edwards, City Clerk. The written comment will be maintained with the minutes.
The Council provided comments and had inquiries.
Ms. Roper, Mr. O'Donnell, and Michael Welsh, Riverside County Housing Authority, provided clarification.
1. Corona Municipal Airport Update and Visioning.
The Council agreed that this item be presented at a future meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The next scheduled meeting of the Council is April 6, 2022. Mayor Speake adjourned the meeting at 5:54 p.m.
