Equipment Service for $24,495,408
• Information flyers were mailed to
nearby residents and businesses.
• Earthwork and road relocations -
December 2021 - December 2023.
• Hydroseed application and 12-
month maintenance period -
December 2023 - December 2024.
• Project will be turned over to
Orange County Public Works for
long term maintenance in January
2025.

TEMPORARY AUBURNDALE STREET CLOSURE

AUBURNDALE FLOODGATE
Auburndale Floodgate:
• Connects Alcoa Dike across Auburndale St.
• 19-ft high x 36-ft wide swing gate
• Swing gate is normally open, only closed when
water is impounded to Auburndale St.
• 19-ft high concrete floodwalls transition from
floodgate to dike embankment.
• Gate will swing 180 degrees.
• Will include a push/pull bar to facilitate manual
operation of the gate. It is anticipated that a
small tractor can be used to operate the gate.

• New Butterfield Connector
Road will connect Rincon Street
to Butterfield Drive and will be
the new access to Corona
Municipal Airport and Butterfield
