Mayor Speake called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.

AGENDA ITEMS
The following item was taken out of order.
4. YMCA Aquatics Program Contract Proposal.
Jason Lass, Recreation Services Manager, introduced the item and provided an update.
He provided an overview of the following: YMCA Aquatics Program Contract Proposal, History, Traditional City Services, Background, YMCA Proposal, YMCA Qualifications, Proposed Model Use, Financial Impact, Pros & Cons, and Options.
The Council had inquiries and Mr. Lass and Anne Turner, Community Services Director, provided clarification.
Audrie Echnoz, Corona Norco Family YMCA CEO, provided comments to the Council regarding the proposed item.
The Council provided comments and direction.
1. Publication of Draft City Council Agendas.
Sylvia Edwards, City Clerk, introduced the item and provided an update on the following: Agenda Process Schedule, Agenda Process, City Clerk Agenda Process, Options, and Recommendations.
The Council had inquiries and Ms. Edwards, City Clerk, provided clarification.
Karen Alexander, Planning and Housing Commissioner, provided comments.

Majority of the Council agreed with option 2.
2. Update of Sales Tax Information by HdL Companies.
Ken Brown, HdL Companies, introduced the item and provided a presentation. He provided an overview of the following: Sales Tax Update 4th Quarter 2021, Bradley-Burns Regional Report, Corona Major Industry Group Performance, City Comparison, Regional Comparison, Corona Major Industry Groups, and Corona Measure X.
Mayor Speake provided comments.
3. World War II Display at City Hall.
Anne Turner, Community Services Director, provided a presentation. She provided an overview of the following: Background & History, Exhibit Options and Recommendations.
The Council and Commissioners discussed the presentation and had inquiries. Ms.
Turner provided clarification. The Council provided staff with feedback regarding the proposed item.
Don Fuller, resident, addressed the Council to provided comments regarding the proposed item.
Joe Morgan, resident, addressed the Council to provided comments regarding the proposed item.
5. Harrison Street On-Street Parking Update.
Karen Roper, Homeless Solutions Manager, introduced the item and Savat Khamphou, Public Works Director, provided a presentation. He provided an overview of the following: Preferential Parking District, Feed back, Questions, Harrison Street Existing Conditions, Existing Parking Harrison Street, Existing On-Street Parking on Harrison Street, On-Street Parking Alternatives, and Options.
Vice Mayor Daddario provided comments regarding the update.
ADJOURNMENT
The next scheduled meeting of the Council is April 20, 2022. Mayor Speake adjourned the meeting at 6:17 p.m.
