M&D Development, LLC would like to donate the land as described in the attached legal and plat back to the City of Corona.
The land is under portions of the swale that carries storm water from under I-15 to the underground inlet near the Corona Animal Shelter. The land under the swale was inadvertently acquired by M&D Development, LLC on 10-23-2017 when the deed between the City of Corona and M&D Development, LLC used a draft version of the legal and plat versus the intended final legal and plat.
M&D Development, LLC has no interest in owning portions of the land under the swale and desires to give it back to the City at no cost to the City.
