Mr. Mayor, Members of the Council:
We hereby respectfully request a 36 month time extension for the Tentative Parcel Map No. 36667 to allow full compliance with all requirements of the Conditions of Approval of this subdivision.
Diligent efforts were made by the Project Engineers and Architects as well as the City Staff to complete the Project on time. However, due to the complexity of the Project, additional time is necessary to comply with all required conditions and record the Tract Map No. 36667
