On behalf of DR Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc. please accept this written request to vacate the following public easements:
Easement "B" for Temporary Emergency Vehicular Access and Temporary Water Line Easement Purposes as depicted in Tract No. 25690-1 recorded in Map Book 254 Pages 56 through 58, inclusive of records of Riverside County
Easement "B" for Temporary Emergency Vehicular Access and Temporary Water Line Easement Purposes as depicted in Tract No. 25690-2 recorded in Map Book 254 Pages 59 through 61, inclusive of records of Riverside County
This request is being made to facilitate the unencumbered development of Parcels "A" through "D" as depicted in Lot Line Adjustment 20-005 recorded as instrument No. 2022-0240840 May 25, 2022 in O.R.
Riv. Co. Said parcels were also approved for single family residential development per Precise Plan Application 2021-0001. The existing temporary emergency vehicular access road and the temporary water line have already been demolished to accommodate the approved development and single family residential units are under construction upon said parcels.
