Subject: Tentative Tract Map No. 32386 – Request for Extension of Time Ladies and Gentlemen:
On behalf of our client, RCFC Investments, LLC (owner), I would like to request the maximum extension of time for Tentative Tract Map No. 32386.
The map was originally approved on January 2, 2008 with an expiration date of January 2, 2010. SB 1185 automatically extended the map for one year and AB 333, AB 208 and AB 116 automatically extended the map for 6 more years. Additionally, a 922-day litigation stay was granted by Corona City Council on July 20, 2011, making the expiration date July 14, 2019. An EOT was approved in 2019 which extended the map to July 14, 2021. AB 1561 was applied, which extended the map to the current expiration date of January 14, 2023.
