Based on the tract being located in a very high fire hazard severity zone, home shall comply with the current adopted edition of the California Building Code Chapter 7A.
We have discussed the additional Fire Requirements with Ms. Cindi Schmitz, Fire Marshall and agreed to the additional conditions which we understand will be based upon the project Fuel Modification Plan which incorporates the new conditions stated above...
