Addendum No. 1
Actuated Valve On Call and On Site Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Asset Register Creation
This Addendum No. 1 to the subject Notice Inviting Bids extends the bid due date and time to 2:00 p.m., January 20, 2023, revises Tentative NIB schedule and amends RFI date.
All provisions of this Addendum No. 1 are hereby incorporated by reference into the subject NIB.
Bidders shall account for all provisions pursuant to this Addendum No. 1 in submitting their bids.
Each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their Bid in the spaces provided therein.
1. Bid & Contract Documents:
1.01 Notice Inviting Bids, paragraph 2, page 1 is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Closing: Bids shall be submitted electronically before 2:00 p.m., January 20, 2023 through the PlanetBids Vendor Portal. It is Bidder’s responsibility to allow sufficient time to complete and upload its bid, including all documentation required by this NIB, prior to the stated deadline. Electronic submission cannot be completed unless Bidder properly uploads all required documents.
1.02 Notice Inviting Bids, Section I, Invitation, Tentative NIB Schedule is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
