Mayor Daddario called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.

AGENDA ITEMS
1. Solve the Water Crisis presentation by Western Water.
Craig Miller, General Manager of Western Water, introduced Fauzia Rizvi, Board of Director, and Sarah McDonald, Assistant General Manager. Mr. Miller introduced the item and provided a presentation highlighting the following: Overview on Western Water; Wester Water's Service Area; Western's Board of Directors; Solve the Water Crisis Coalition Mission; the Future of Water in California; Urban Losses; Agriculture; Current State Priorities; Successful Education; Solve the Water Crisis Growing Participation; and the Legislative Solution Senate Bill 366.
The Council provided comments and had inquiries; Mr. Miller provided clarification.
2. City Park Master Plan Update with RJM.
Corona City Parks Masterplan Presentation with RJM Design Group.
Moses Cortez, Facilities, Parks, and Trails Manager, provided an overview of the following: The Purpose of the Master Plan, Key Tasks, Interviews with City Council and Commission, Parks and Recreation Master Plan, My Wish for Parks in Corona, and Community-Driven Process.
Joe Morgan, resident, addressed the Council regarding Corona City Parks Masterplan.
Parks and Recreation Commissioners Tom Munoz and Michelle Wentworth provided comments. The Council provided comments and direction for the option development moving forward to the City Park Maintenance Plan.

3. Economic Development Update.
Economic Development Update was pulled and will be presented at a future meeting.

The next meeting is the City Council Meeting of March 15, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Mayor Daddario adjourned the meeting at 5:07 p.m.
